1. Agreement
By accessing or using Emtithal+, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service
Emtithal+ provides AI-assisted compliance analysis, monitoring, and reporting for Saudi regulatory frameworks. Outputs are decision-support tools and do not constitute legal advice.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, managing user access within your organization, and ensuring uploaded materials are authorized for processing on the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use Emtithal+ in violation of applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
5. Data & Confidentiality
Customer data is processed under our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms. Enterprise customers may execute a Data Processing Agreement aligned with PDPL requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emtithal+ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
